Services
CLA Peridot LLC is a media and ventures company. Its offerings may include media and content, marketing and response systems, digital properties, consulting, communications technology, and related services. Peridot Response Systems provides missed-call response, customer communication, appointment coordination, reminders, and follow-up tools or services for participating businesses.
Service features, availability, and pricing may change. A separate written agreement, proposal, order, or service plan controls if it conflicts with these Terms for a particular engagement.
SMS and mobile messaging terms
Program: Peridot Response Systems — missed-call text-back, inquiry response, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and service follow-up for participating businesses.
Opt in: You opt in by calling or texting a participating business, submitting your telephone number to that business, or requesting information, contact, or an appointment from that business.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to end messages. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network coverage, and other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate telephone number and for notifying the relevant business if your number changes or is reassigned. If you no longer want messages for a business, reply STOP or contact that business directly.
Participating businesses and appointments
Peridot Response Systems may send communications on behalf of a participating business. That business remains responsible for its own services, personnel, scheduling decisions, prices, work quality, appointment fulfillment, and customer obligations. Submitting a request or exchanging messages does not by itself create an appointment, service contract, or obligation for a business to provide work. An appointment is subject to confirmation by the participating business.
CLA Peridot provides communications and related technology or operational services. We do not promise appointment availability, response outcomes, or business results for any participating business or customer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authority.
- Send or request unsolicited bulk messages or use our services to violate messaging, privacy, telecommunications, or consumer-protection laws.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or communications infrastructure.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit site content or services except as permitted by law or written authorization.
- Impersonate CLA Peridot, a participating business, or another person or organization.
Participating businesses are responsible for obtaining and documenting legally sufficient consent before messages are sent, providing accurate business and appointment information, and honoring opt-out requests.
User information and communications
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information and content you provide to us or a participating business. You authorize us and the relevant participating business to use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, coordinate appointments, and maintain related records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other materials provided by CLA Peridot are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the public website for its intended purpose. No right, title, or interest is transferred except as expressly stated in writing.
Third-party services and links
Our services may rely on or link to telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, scheduling tools, customer-management systems, hosting providers, payment processors, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, acts, omissions, or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Availability and disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a service at any time. Limitation of liability
